Greeting 2012 a warm welcome :)

I've been pretty lifeless these few days :)

Dance like there's no tomorrow

2011 was an amazing journey for me. I've never regreted joining HUC Street Dance. If I hadn't join, I wouldn't have met those amazing and awesome people.
I've learnt so much from this club. Not just about dancing but other things like respect, friendship, teamwork and many more.
It has been one of the best thing that has happened to me this year, truthfully!
By joining this club, I've actually fulfilled one of my 2011 resolution which was to form a crew and perform as many dance performances as I can.
But for now, my 2012 resolution is to prioritise my study first, then only comes dancing.

Fondest memories of December 2011

Life can be magnificent and overwhelming -that is the whole tragedy. Without beauty, love, or danger it would almost be easy to live.

Just as I was showering just now, I thought to myself. December of 2011 has been a great month for me although it's coming to an end. I think I'm ending 2011 with great memories and I'm going to cherish it a lot. To simplify everything I am about to say is that I got to spend my December with people I love, I cherish and mean a lot to me. Besides that, I got to do stuff that I love most, Dancing/Baking/Family Bonding time :)
Before December started, I got to see my best friends and had a girl talk. Sue Jen who is now working in SIA. I haven seen her for months! Pamela Choi who has been a true good and best friend ever. The both mean so much to me! (Picture below was taking during October)

And beginning of December, I had my finals for my 2nd sem. It was rather ok, I think but I just hope that I can at least get a pass for my results. Honestly, it ended with my worst subject. Accounts! Dang! What to do? It's over now. I'm really praying to get pass for all my subjects.

And now, the days after my finals :)

It started of with an outing with my college friends. Had a really great time with them despite of how much we ate and how many malls we've went in just 4 hours.
I also had a dance performance after my finals which was pretty awesome. The dance theme was Retro but the event itself wasn't Retro at all. It was for a grand opening of a mechanic shop somewhere in The Strand, Damansara.

All the awesome dancers from HUC Street Dance Club :)

Besides that, I even did a dance performance for Twisties and the pay was quite good. It was a pretty random performance actually. My friend called me up one night before the performance to ask me if I can perform. Well, I agreed and I had a blast with the dancers. It was worth my time. Oh yeah, I even wore a fake wig and it's RED! A RED WIG! It's gonna be my first and last time wearing a wig. It's so uncomfortable.

The Twisties dancers :)

Why I said December was great? That's cause besides doing what I love which is dancing, I got to spend my time with my best friends from high school. FAMESY :)
It's great catching up with old friends. Add ons to our inside-jokes. They never fail to make me happy and laugh like mad. I love them to itsie bitsie tiny bits :D

Well, I actually spend most of my time dancing for the month of December. A lot of practice sessions. But it's all worth it. I did another dance performance for my college's Communication Degree Department's Prom Night. And I think I had fun performing because it was a solo performance :) No one knows my mistakes. Teehee!

Not only that, I had another performance which was for Samsung Roadshow. It was for a product launch. Samsung Galaxy Y(oung). It was tiring but definitely worth my time and experience. We did a random collaboration with a beat boxer, Riyal. It was epic PHAIL but great experience.

We are known as HUC Dance Crew. It sounds awesome.

Oh yeah, one more last dance performance I did for this year was for a Christmas celebration for HELP's Staffs. It was a latin dance routine. I swear, I am no good in latin at all. 2 days of practice and *TADA* performance. Honestly speaking, it was a great experience.

What's more? I had a great Nomnomnom session with my college best friends, Kimberly and Kuna :)
Snowflake - Daorae BBQ - Hot Chocolate. They are another bunch of girls that never fail to make me happy.
Kimberly and I have loads of inside-jokes. And we've gotten so much closer in this 2nd sem. It's amazing how we've gotten really close. I'm so blessed to have this two girls in my life!

What's the other best thing about December? FAMILY BOND! I'm so bless to have family members like them. I have an amazing maid. Also, I have the best dogs ever!
I get to spend time with my friends, family and doing what I love for this whole month. This has come to make me realise I'm really fortunate. I know I have my flaws and I complain a lot. I've been rebellious and all but, I'm seriously lucky to have everything in place!

2011 has been a crazy yet adventurous year. Loads of ups and downs but tons of memories to be cherish and to be remembered. I've learnt a lot through things that I've gone through and from people around me. I've met amazing and inspiring people and I've realised who I should let go and who I should keep and hold on to.

When it all comes to an end

2011 is the year that went by so fast, maybe a little too fast. It's the year your so called friend walks out of your life, and it's the year you realise who the real ones are. It's the year you felt the most pressure to the point where you gave up so many times but you're still learning how to get back up. It's the year you said you were going to accomplish great things yet you feel like you just wasted time. It's the year you look back on all the lifetime memories in which you find yourself missing the people in them. But it's also the year you move on, slowly, and you realise that that is okay.

Honesty

I have this feeling in me that is really odd. I have a feeling that no one in my life, now or later, will ever give me a surprise and give me a phenomenal experience. I'm thankful of what I have now but I just have that feeling that no one appreciate me. Appreciate what I've done for them and they wouldn't cherish it much. This is me, speaking honestly. There are so many videos on youtube or even in the net of people being surprised. It's really great to see how people are so thoughful. But to me, I think I will never have that kind of chance. The feeling of being speechless of what people can do for me.

Christmas Eve

Somewhat I think I have the best Christmas Eve so far. First and foremost, you must know that I did not celebrate Christmas Eve outside or some other common ways of celebration. I woke up to a sweet text from someone :) And that has already brighten up my day. What's more? I woke up with RM50 beside me from my mom :)
I felt very contented although I didn't celebrate it with my friends or go out for a dinner with my family.
Well, that's because I finally am able to bake due to the freetime I have. I spent half the day baking alone but I felt really happy with it that's because I know I am baking it for my family and friends. All in all, baking makes me a happy person. Enough said :D
While I was baking, I had a short bonding session with my maid and I felt so lucky to have a maid like her. She's really awesome. She knows a lot of stuff that I don't know and able to carry out a lot of tasks at one. She truly is amazing. That's why she's known as the Super Woman in my family :)
I also spent my Christmas Eve with my parents watching a movie, Flying Swords of Dragon Gate at Leisure Mall.
It may sound simple and boring but honestly, I am happy with how I spent my day. A fruitful day for me :)
Cause to me, spending some quality time with family means a lot.
Anyway, I would like to wish Merry Christmas to all my beloved ones! Have a holly jolly Christmas and have a wonderful time with your beloved ones :D

Friends

Let’s face it, we’ve changed, we’ve all changed. Somewhere between summer ending and school starting, we’ve all gone our own directions. Hearts were broken, friendships were diminished, and new loves started and new people came into our lives. We no longer spend all of our time together in our circle of friends; we no longer talk for hours about nothing at all. Some of us are finding love while some of us are trying to let go. Even though we’ve changed we all know that even though we’re all finding our own place in the world that when we find love, let go of a love, or when the tears fall, or a smile spreads across our face, we’ll come to each other because no matter where this crazy world takes us and no matter what happens nothing will change so much that we are all not friends forever.

Lady Gaga!

Tonight I want you to free yourself, I want you to let go of anyone or anything that’s ever made you feel like you don’t belong, or don’t fit in, I want you to regret any person that’s ever made you feel like your not good enough or thin enough, or pretty enough, or can’t sing well enough, or write well enough, or that your never be great in your life, you just remember, your a god damn superstar and you were born this way.

Knock Knock

Share what is on your mind. Don’t think, just do.

It’s December once again. Christmas lights glow and tree’s are lit. The month where I tend to feel the happiest and saddest. It’s also the month where I make a lot of empty promises, mostly to myself. December is here and we need to know what should always stay in mind. December of 2011. I feel like this year went by so fast with so many things; good and bad.

I am actually enjoying the beginning of this month. I think it’s just that time of year when the excitement of the season starts to wear off and time starts to slow down. Self-reflection kicks in. It’s important that I make sure it doesn’t turn into self-pity. I have to remind myself to constantly strive for proactivity and learning how to enjoy what’s in front of me, instead of longing for things I don’t have, or regretting what I already have done.

Lately, I’ve been over thinking a lot at night. About what I’m going to with my life, where I want to be and how I’m supposed to get there. I’m filled with all sorts of mixed emotions when it comes to thinking of the future. I'm pretty worried about how my future is going to be when there's no financial support. I know freedom must be sacrificed as it is part of growing up. But at this moment, I don't have the awareness of it yet. I mean I don't completely feel it yet. I really need to get to feel and experience the tired-ness and wariness of working life. I thought I would learn a lot from college about life/work but NO. It hasn't gotten into me yet.
I've seen and met a lot of successful people. I mean by their academic results. They really do strive and work hard for it. I always want to be like them but it never works. So I guess now I have one goal for my new year resolution.

I've just told myself today that I must read at least 2 novels this month. IT'S A MUST!

The fortune might be true. I MUST be aware of guys surrounding me especially in my relationship. Justsoyouknow :)

CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR IS GONNA BE A WHOLE LOT BETTER! I just have a feeling for this :D
But I'll keep my expection low. Just so I won't get disappointed.

Hoping that you walk through that door.

We’re all seeking that special person who is right for us. But if you’ve been through enough relationships, you begin to suspect there’s no right person, just different flavors of wrong. Why is this? Because you yourself are wrong in some way, and you seek out partners who are wrong in some complementary way. But it takes a lot of living to grow fully into your own wrongness. And it isn’t until you finally run up against your deepest demons, your unsolvable problems - the ones that make you truly who you are - that we’re ready to find a lifelong mate. Only then do you finally know what you’re looking for. You’re looking for the wrong person. But not just any wrong person: the right wrong person, someone you lovingly gaze upon and think, “This is the problem I want to have.” I will find that special person who is wrong for me in just the right way. Let our scars fall in love.

That sparks in you

That's the type of person I am.

I would do so much for someone else’s happiness. I don’t like showing people my weak side, especially when I cry. I hate bringing people down just because I feel upset or hurt. I’m willing to suppress it all, just to see you smiling. I’m strong enough to do that. Just to see you happy, and not worry about anything, I’d take all the burden. I don’t really care about my feelings. As long as I see you happy, It’s more than enough for me.

Put your arms around me

THIS IS MY STORY, MY REALITY, MY LIFE.

Her eyes don't light up when she hears your name anymore. She doesn't get chills when you walk by and her heart doesn't race when you smile at her. You don't get to her like you used too. You're just a bad memory in the back of her mind. So, don't be surprised next time you make your way past her, she doesn't even glance your way. Don't bother trying to talk to her, you won't get a response. She's over fighting the same losing battle. The saddest part is you have no one to blame but yourself. She gave you every chance you could ask for. And you fucked up every time. Now she walks around with nothing but a smile on her face, and she laughs harder than ever before. Looks like you lost her bro.

Someday I really hope that I will have someone who will love me, who will make me stop crying with just one hug, and someone who will be like a kid to play with me. It’s the best feeling after a fight. After having a silly love fight, one cries and one apologizes. For a few seconds, both of you are ok again. You’re happy again. You can tease each other like kids again. Love and relationship is just like that. You face problems, you might end up breaking each other’s hearts, but what’s important is that you make efforts to make it last and you don’t allow time and fate to break up what you have cherished and took care of for a long time.

I want to be that girl:

You can’t stay mad at whenever we have a fight, the one you come to whenever you’re down, the first person you think of every morning and night, the one you wish to do couple things with, the one you’re willing to do anything for, the one you phone for hours with, the one to get introduced to your friends, the one you act like best-friends and lovers.

I hope someday someone can tell me " I can see you're sad. Even when you smile. Even when you laugh." How can I love when I'm afraid to fall. Nobody can avoid falling in love. They might want to deny it, but friendship is probably the most common form of love. Somehow, I'm too scared to be alone and too scared to open up.

GUESS WHAT PEOPLE?! Weight doesn't bother me. I eat what I want. But I do want to loose weight :P
I don't know why people live their lives as if having a boyfriend/girlfriend is the only thing that's important.
Sometimes I find myself investing way too much in friendships and relationships and typically get nothing in return.

THE END :)
