And it's only for 8 days. Including today, I have only 7 days left :(
You know what, I actually feel glad that I'm chosen to go for NS. I'm being frank here. That's because I've realised if I'm not chosen, I'd be like a lifeless person spending the day by wasting time, money and etc. But one thing I dislike being chosen is that my bro, James gets to start college earlier than me and does whatever he likes :( Booohooo!
I survived the first half of the camp without having injuries or any sickness. So thank god for that.
I'm just gonna sum up everything by saying that NS is really not that bad. Each activity done there must have a reason behind it. I'm being positive here that's why I am enjoying my days there. LOL!
Being there helped me to improve my BM. Like solemnly! To me, the way I communicate in BM is getting better and more fluent :)
And I even know more about Islam and Hindu stuff.
I can never miss out my dorm mates. They are crazy yet fun and we call ourself, ESTRELLA :D
I gave that name. Hehehehe! There are a total of 25 people in the dorm for the ladies. I'll cherish the moments we shared.
Oh yeah. One weird thing is that they call the lads and gents as Wira and Wirawati. My bro was asking me that when he came to visit me.
My company name is Alpha and our group is called Espada. I'm not quite sure what's the difference between calling Alpha and Espada. But anyway, what I wanna emphasize is that everyone in Alpha is very high spirited and very together. All our performances are the best, I must say. Alpha totally rocked and ruled the performances during both KKJ and PPBS. We even won during a talk about Indah Water.
Every Saturday, there will be talk or lecture and that occupied our free time =.=
There is also Buddhist class. Twice a week and for the buddhist, we go to the so-called temple every Sunday. It made me believe more about Buddhist.
Our daily routine during the weekdays are:
PT Pagi-> Breakfast-> Class-> Break-> Class -> Lunch -> Kawad/Class/ (something relating to physical activity)-> Tea time -> Riadah -> Dinner -> Rest/Class -> Supper -> Roll Call -> Sleep.

What I dislike most is the Roll Call. The cikgu would be talking crap and everyone have to bare with it.
PT Pagi is alright but it's getting a lil boring since the whole routine is the same. But one thing that is most memorable was that I gave the command. Cause being the one commanding isn't easy and 400 over pairs of eyes would be staring at you and listening to your voice. I did some mistake but I weren't worried and nervous at all. That's something I can totally remember for my life :)
& most of the time during PT Pagi, I'd be the one cheering. Hehehehe!
Yesterday, before the Chinese left for CNY, we did an activity which is called Kembara Halangan. It's something like an obstacle race. I'm proud and glad that I passed everything. Before starting the whole thing, I thought I'd get wet but end up, I didn't get wet at all and succeeded in all the activity.
Throughout the whole activity, Alpha had the best teamwork, I must say. Everyone's cheering for each other and that's something important and to be cherished.
During the theory classes, there are certain session which was really boring. And the class was character building. So yes, indeed it was boring but I tried to pay attention to the teacher so I won't be sleepy. 80% in the class, I wasn't sleepy at all.
Every Sunday, before leaving to the temple, parents can come pay a visit to their child. And my parents came 3 times. I really appreciate them coming down. Travelling for an hour plus to visit me. How nice right? Throughout that 4 weeks, I did have homesick but I didn't shed a tears at all. Maybe that's because I'm used to not seeing my parents for a long time.
I realise that Sailing, Cheerleading and Gymnastic totally helped me throughout the activities. It helped me physically and mentally. Sailing helped me to be more independence and able to face challenges. Cheerleading, it helped me to be more confident and overcome stage frights. Gymnastic helped me to be physically fit and flexible :)
So maybe that's why I am able to adapt myself well there. Cause I started sailing quite young and traveled around Malaysia without my parents.

I'm hoping for better activities when I go back. Like more adventurous activities :)
